Ordering Policies

All pricing is in US Dollars. Orders can be paid by Visa or MasterCard, Paypal, Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer.

Shipping Policies

Kitchen Knives Domain uses several drop shippers to supply you with the largest array of knives.

Where Kitchen Knives Domain would like to make all our items one shipping fee the use of drop shippers does not always allow this.

Kitchen Knives Domain will ship all orders within 48-72 hours of receiving them.

All of Kitchen Knives Domain drop shippers use UPS for delivery. The difference in shipping prices is a handling fee.

UPS Ground is faster than many people think; and our dropshippers routinely downgrade some orders to reduce shipping charges because ground is as fast or faster to some locations than air service. We do this simply to save you money. We may, at our discretion ship some orders via U.S. Priority Mail.

We do not accept international orders. The number of charge-backs, losses, credit card frauds and custom delays has grown to the point that internationasl sales as a whole represent a net loss to our company.

Return Policies

Placing an order on our web site signifies that you agree to the following return conditions:

We use drop shippers and do not warehouse products. Each of our drop shippers has their own return policy.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

These drop shippers do not accept returns and advise that defective products be returned directly to the manufacturer for exchange, and according to the manufacturer's policies on return and exchange of damaged/defective items.

These brands are to be returned to their drop shipper(s) under their following conditions.

Chef’s Secret, Diamond Cut, Maxam, SlitzerIf any the above brands’ items do not satisfy you, the item may be returned within 30 days to the drop shipper.Contact the drop shipper’s customer service. This information is included with your purchase.Returns must be in the original box and condition and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note stating the problem. Please ship the item prepaid. They will refund the purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Back Order / Out of Stock Policies

We do our best to avoid backorders. They're costly for us, and annoying for our customers. If a backorder does occur, our customer service department will contact you and advise you of expected delivery date. We will either issue you a "credit to your account" or a "refund" for the backordered item(s). You will be charged only for the items shipped, not the backorders.
